ConSEL Plus is a voice and data dispatch software application for MOTOTRBO radio systems. developed by the Polish company Aksel but sold and supported by Motorola Solutions. The dispatch system is connected via IP to the MOTOTRBO system infrastructure and has a server-client architecture which can include multiple dispatch consoles. The GUI is user customizable, depending on his needs. Besides voice dispatching it offers a rich set of features, based on software modules that can be purchased as needed. Can be connected to one or more of the following MOTOTRBO systems: IP Site Connect, Capacity Plus Single-Site, Capacity Plus Multi-Site.
